Private Piano Lessons

Recitals offer performance opportunities every 6 months.

Private + Group Ukulele Lessons
Strum your way into music with fun, approachable ukulele lessons for all ages! In private lessons, students get one-on-one attention to build strong technique, rhythm, and confidence at their own pace. Group classes offer a lively, social environment where students learn chords, songs, and strumming patterns together—perfect for beginners who enjoy playing with others. Whether you’re looking to sing along to your favorite tunes or explore songwriting, ukulele lessons are a great way to build musical skills and have fun doing it. No prior experience needed—just bring your curiosity and love of music!

Vocal Coaching
Whether you're new to singing or looking to refine your sound, voice lessons help you build a strong, healthy vocal foundation. In private lessons, you'll get personalized guidance on breath support, pitch, tone, and performance technique—tailored to your goals and musical style. Group vocal coaching offers a dynamic, collaborative setting where singers work on harmonies, ensemble pieces, stage presence, and confidence. Group singing is ideal for performers, choir members, or anyone who loves singing with others. Both formats focus on unlocking your natural voice while making music expressive, empowering, and fun.

Your Teacher
Hi! I’m Katey. I have 10 years experience working with children in music in Newburgh, Guatemala, and New York City. My background is classical piano performance with a lifetime of singing in choirs and small vocal ensembles. I took up the ukulele during COVID to be able to work with groups on students online and now I’m hooked. I am passionate about making music fun, accessible, and empowering for young students and encourage them to find their voice and creativity. Let’s schedule a lesson!
